Optiion strictly prohibits the following:
- The creation, upload, or sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming or attempting to groom children for sexual exploitation.
- Sextortion or any form of sexual harassment directed at children.
- Trafficking of children for sexual purposes.
- Any behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
We provide several ways for users to report child safety concerns:
- In-App Reporting: Users can report profiles or content directly within the app using the "Report" feature.
- Email Reporting: You can send detailed reports directly to our Child Safety team at contact@optiion.co.
- Feedback: We welcome feedback on our safety features and policies through our "Contact Us" page.
When CSAM is identified or reported on our platform:
- Immediate Removal: The content is immediately removed and the account is permanently banned.
- Law Enforcement Notification: We report all instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
- Preservation: We preserve relevant data to assist in investigations as required by law.
Optiion complies with all applicable child safety laws, including the PROTECT Our Children Act and international standards for child protection online. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and governmental bodies in their efforts to protect children.
